With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Decesare (Bangor, Pennsylvania), born in Easton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 23, 2019 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Decesare to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard DeCesare and Eleanor DeCesare (Turtzo); and his stepson Kristopher Heimer. He is survived by: his wife Betsy DeCesare (Harrison); his sons, John M. DeCesare (Tracy) and Steven DeCesare (Julie Zematis DeCesare); his brother Raymond DeCesare (Faith); his stepchildren, Karen Heimer (Joe Lang) and Erik Heimer (Dallas); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Ana, Steven and Kiera DeCesare; his stepgrandchildren, Neve, Liza Heimer-Lang, Gwyneth and Caroline; and his nephews, Raymond and Brian DeCesare.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 968 Postal Road, Allentown, PA 18109.
