He was predeceased by: his parents, John Falcone and Mary Falcone (Falcone). He is survived by: his children, Staci George (Robert), Nicholas J. Falcone (Karin) and Nichole Dotter (Travis Dotter); his siblings, Susan Falcone and David Zavacky; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Zoe, Natalia and Reylyn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 862, Pittsburgh, PA 15106.
