He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Dungan and Florence Dungan (Challinor). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Dungan (Lane); his children, Brian Dungan (Amanda) and Heather Kromer (Frank Betz III); his sister Lynn Fehr; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Jeremiah, Hannah, Matthew Kromer, Emma and Owen Dungan.
