He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Neiley and Catherine Neiley (Brennan); his granddaughter Crystal Neiley; and his sisters, Patricia Stephenson and Margie Hulsander.
He is survived by: his wife Lois M. Neiley (Shrimp); his children, Priscilla Tuske (Joseph) and Andrew Neiley; his brother Robert Neiley (Mary); his grandsons, Joseph and Michael Tuske; and his great grandchildren, Graham and Elise Tuske.
