He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold P. Commins and Ismay "May" Commins (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Commins (Struthers); his son Sean Commins (Gisele); his siblings, Ruth Emerick, Harriet Nester and Thomas Commins (Carol); and his grandchildren, Elanor Claire, James Paul and Rosalynd Josephine.
