She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Johanson and Edith Johanson (Kald); her husband Dr. Karl Sabel; and her sister Evelyn Neitzer. She is survived by: her daughters, Karlyn Ahlers and Kristina Donohue; her grandchildren, Elise, Dayna and Erik; and her great grandchildren, Karl and Jasper.
