He was predeceased by: his parents, John Toth and Helen Toth (Jones); and his half-brother Donald Bonney Toth. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise (Hamm); his sons, Donald Terry Toth (Suzzane) and Duane Thomas Toth, Jr. (Rachelle); his grandchildren, Colby, Madison, Doug and Emma Toth; and his sister-in-law Margaret Nowosielski (Hamm).
