He is survived by: his parents, Douglas A. Sloan and Yasmine Fuleihan; his stepparents, Stacey Sloan of Bangor, PA and Gene Luther of Wellsboro; his sons, Jason Sloan of Bangor, PA and Robert Sloan of Bangor, PA; his siblings, Ryan Sloan of Bangor, PA, Sarah Sloan (Eli) of Wellsboro and Jamie Lyn Waclawik of Browns Mills, NJ; his grandmother Ruth Sloan of Bangor; and his nephews, Ayden, Wyatt and Craig.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Douglass' name to God's Family Fellowship, 249 Old Tioga St., Wellsboro, PA 16901.
