Sloan (Douglass) of Bethlehem, PA; his wife Stacey E. Sloan (Mandelbaum); his children, Sarah Sloan (Eli), Jamie Lyn Waclawik and Ryan W. Sloan; and his siblings, Ruthann Crabtree and Blane Sloan (Linda). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
