He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis H. Doll and Gladys J. Doll (Morris). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Doll (Mengel); his son David T. Doll, Jr. (Cheryl); his stepdaughters, Amy White (Stephen) and Denise Horn; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn, Hailey and Allie; and his sister Joyce Doll.
