He was predeceased by: his parents, William James and Anna Mary Newton (Sandt); and his siblings, Jean Vince, Betty Newton and Albert Newton.
He is survived by: his wife Kay L. Newton (Datesman); his daughters, Sharon K. Miller (Bob) and Jane M. Newton; his grandchildren, Dan, Greg, Lynne and Samantha; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Tucker and Beckett.
