He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Lorenzo (Michael) and Sharon Gothard; his grandchildren, Anna Gothard (Kate Foster) and Dylan Gothard (Carin); and his great grandchildren, Asa, Olivia Gothard and Oakley Foster-Gothard.
