He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Blake and Juanita Blake (Woolley). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte K LaBar; his children, Christine Engler (Timothy) and Brian Blake (Lisa); and his siblings, Shirley Parton and Dale Blake. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
