She was predeceased by: her parent Russell Labar. She is survived by: her parent Carrie Labar (Zeigafuse); her spouse John Poliskieweicz; her children, Debra J. Kotretsos and John Paul Poliskiewicz; and her siblings, Shirley Bush and Wayne Labar. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
