He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Jennings, Sr.; and his brother Martin A. Jennings. He is survived by: his mother Janet Cruver (Shook) of Bangor, PA; his daughter Teri Payne; his siblings, Judi Quetel (Kevin) and Allan D. Jennings (Julie Herring); and his niece Tara Dunwell (Rick). He is also survived by three grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
