She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Walter and Audrey Stocker (Caffey); and her husband Philip Bell, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Brian Bell (Annemarie), David Heckman (Kellen), James Heckman and Jill Simon; and her stepson Philip Bell Jr. (Cathy). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
