He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Cleek and Grace L. Harnly; and his sister Judy Kohl (Ben). He is survived by: his wife Constance Kemmerer; his children, Lisa and John; and his grandsons, Michael J. (Jena Mainardi) and Andrew (Sarah Hughes).
