He was predeceased by: his stepson Marcus Crow; and his sister Roberta Young. He is survived by: his wife Denise (Slater); his former wife Nancy; his children, David T. Siwik and Dana DelFrate (Scott); his stepchildren, Melody Nelson (Ken) and Matthew Crow (Kimberly); his sister Judy Winkowski (Duke); his grandchildren, Sarah, Jack, Joseph DelFrate, Alex, Aiden Siwik, Joel Nelson (Jora), Calvin (Kim Ranae), Caden and Sydney Crow; and his great grandchild Layla Crow.
