He is survived by: his wife Beverly Mikulski (Bonomo); his children, David Mikulski (Melissa), Linda Leone (Lawrence), Karen Garrity (William) and Renee Achille (Robert); his grandchildren, Lindsay Leone (Christopher Cain), Michael Leone (Brittani), Katherine Garrity (Andrew Zelinsky), Matthew Leone, Liam Garrity (Erin), Caroline Henderson (Russell), Adam Mikulski (Drew), Alana Garrity, Dominic Achille and Benjamin Mikulski; his great grandchildren, Roman Cain, Francesca Cain and Stella Zelinsky; his brother Robert Mikulski; and his sister-in-law Donna Bonomo.
