It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Marie Richards of Baldwin Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Behers and Ellen Behers; her husband James C. Richards; her children, Sean Richards and Shannon Kobistek (William); her grandchildren, Alex, Logan, Nathan Richards, Lauren, Sydney and Hannah Kobistek; her sisters, Elaine Rusnic (Ralph) and Carol Ann Berq (Paul); and her siblings-in-law, Robert and Judy Richards. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
