She was predeceased by: her parents, Dottie Morella and Tony Morella; her husband Louis Jakubowski; and her siblings, Dottie Savini and Joseph Morella.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle; her son-in-law Richard Childs; and her siblings, Ann Marie Falcone, Theresa Algerie and Jean Myers.
