He was predeceased by: his child Joseph Binstead. He is survived by: his spouse Bette Ann Binstead; his children, Jacqueline Binstead (Bill Rush), Tad (Becky), Tug (Christy) and Josh Binstead (Nicole); his grandchildren, Logan, Kellen, Thaddeus, Sebastian and Alexander Binstead; and his sibling Michael Kelly Binstead (Rose). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in Jack's name to the Lions Clubs International Foundation, Department 4547, Carol Stream, IL 60122.
