He was predeceased by: his son John R. Ambusavage, Jr.; and his parents, Joe Ambusavage and Wilma Ambusavage. He is survived by: his child Stacy Ambusavage; his grandson Nathan Ambusavage; and his friend Elmer "Ducky" Kingkiner.
