He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Krystopa (Kusek) and Anthony S. Krystopa; his former wife Linda; his sister Patricia; and his grandsons, Anthony and Gary.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Krystopa (Leyfert); his children, Patricia Ann Costa (Krystopa), Anthony A. Kyrstopa (Eleni) and Steven Krystopa (Kim); and his brother Walter A. Kyrstopa. He is also survived by four stepchildren, ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren.
