He was predeceased by: his parents, William Semler and Agnes Wagner Semler; his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Doman Semler; and his brother Albert. He is survived by: his children, William Semler (Pam), Delores Golembiewski (Jim), Robert Semler (Bonnie) and Diane Aiken (Jeff); his siblings, William Semler, Jean Byrne, Joseph Semler, Geraldine Saber, Mary Semler, Agnes Marlovits, Hilda Gilg, Barbara Halliwell and Charles Semler; his grandchildren, Michael Semler (Jessica), Adam, Laura Golembiewski, Erica Alvarez (Pablo), Mallory Whisler (Alex), Madison Semler, Jason Aiken and Julie Watts (John); and his great grandchildren, Penelope, Grayson, Mason, Lucas and Owen.
