He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Levis and Mary Frances Levis (McCarthy); his son Daniel Levis; his granddaughter Isabelle Levis; and his sister Lucy Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Carla Levis (Maglietta); his children, Michael P. Levis, Jr. (Michele), Lucy Ludwikowski (Jeff), Betsi Kelly (Tom) and Christopher Levis (Conni); and his sister Mary Renner.
