She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Fowler, Sr. and Dorothy G. Kihn; and her husband Thomas M. Fowler, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas M. Fowler, Jr. (Jessica) and Gary W. Fowler (Katelyn) of Ross Township; her grandchildren, Riley, Kendall, Lucas and Owen; and her siblings, Henry Everetts, Jr. and Valerie Rhall (Thomas) of Oil City.
