She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence M. Craft and Mary Craft (Shick); her husband Edward J. Lewetag, Sr.; and her siblings, Donald Craft, Mary Sinclair and Clarence E. Craft.
She is survived by: her children, Edward J. Lewetag, Jr. (Penny) of Penn Hills, David C. Lewetag (Cheryl) of Tionesta and Patti B. Chlodney (Raymond) of Ft. Myers, Fla.; her grandchildren, Heather Kozik (Sean), David C. Lewetag, II (Quay) and Melinda Chlodney; and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Madalyn and Amber Kozik.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent in her name to Clarion Forest VNA Hospice, Inc., 271 Perking Road, Clarion, PA 16214.
