He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. McNaughton Sr. and Elesta McNaughton (Tome); his wife Kathy L. McNaughton (Gingrich); and his brother Joseph McNaughton. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen R. McNaughton (Michele) of Bainbridge and Jason A. McNaughton (Lori) of Bainbridge; and his siblings, John "Mike" McNaughton (Yvonne) of Mount Joy, Mary Kurtz (Dave) and Tracy McNaughton of Bainbridge. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
