She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Halbleib and Dora Freeman (Parmer); and her brothers, Henry and Harry Halbleib. She is survived by: her husband D. Richard Will; her children, Debra K. Coder of Middletown, Teresa L. Johnson of Villas, NJ, Jeffrey R. Will of Mount Joy and Sandra J. Richardson of Middletown; and her sister Lois Ober (Phil) of Elizabethtown. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, as well as Josie's extended family and caring friends.
