She is survived by: her children, John Dziack of Ebensburg, PA, George Dziack (Debbie) of Greensburg, PA, Georgianne Costanza (Chuck) of Harmony Twp, Kathleen DeBlassio (Mark) of Harmony Twp and Virginia Dziack. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
