We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2023, at the age of 83, Sara Lou Campbell of Baden, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Sekorky and Florence Sekorky (Sensky); and her son David Lee Smith. She is survived by: her children, Shirley Campbell of Rochester, Carl Campbell of Washington, PA and Jim Campbell (Maria) of Goodyear, AZ. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
