He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Gagliardi. He is survived by: his children, John Gagliardi (Diane) of Pittsburgh and Ann Allison of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Melissa Thomson (Alex) of Plum and Rocco Gagliardi (Christa) of Washington, PA; and his great grandchild Lucas Thomson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Alvarez - Hahn Funeral Services and Cremation (547 8th St, Ambridge, PA 15003). In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Sam's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
