She was predeceased by: her husband Steve F. Polacek; her daughters, Charlene Hanzevack (Richard) of Cape Coral, FL, Stephanie Polachek (John) of Ohioville and Susan Hood (John) of Baden; and her sisters, Eleanor Shemelya of Mesa, AZ. and Frances Farelli of Sewickley.
