He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hyk and Katherine Hyk. He is survived by: his sister Jennie Nelson; his nephews, Richard, Robert and Randall Nelson; his great-nephews, Michael and Tyler; and his friends, Gabrella and Brian.
