He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; his parents, John Evanko and Anna Evanko; and his siblings, George, John, Theodore, Helen Walker and Mary.

He is survived by: his daughter Donna Havranek (Ronald); his grandson Brett Havranek (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Gwyn, Blake and Harrison; his sister-in-law Marcie Tunney; and his nieces and nephews, William Tunney, Lee Smith, Leslie Sacchettini, Kris Klimas, Patricia Kowall, Linda Decker and Lori Kohlier.

Donations if desired may be made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital or the St. Vincent DePaul Society, Baden.
