She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Wozny and Ann Plofchan; her daughter Terri Williams; and her brother Bob Wozny. She is survived by: her children, Rich Williams (Laura) and Shawn Williams (Brittan); her grandchildren, Richard Williams III, Kirstin Williams, Matthew Williams, Austin Williams, Carter Williams, Brittany Garlitz and Dustin Sturm (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Akarii, Amyah, Ava, Brenton, Leah and Anna; her brother Richard Wozny; and her close friend Robert Cermak. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any form of Breast Cancer Research in Donna's name.
