She was predeceased by: her parents, John Canonico and Eva Canonico. She is survived by: her children, Mark Kolakowski and Debbie Polujan (Joe); her brother Leroy Canonico (Dolly); and her granddaughter Amber Polujan. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alvarez-Hahn Funeral Services and Cremation (547 8th St, Ambridge, PA 15003). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Alvarez-Hahn Funeral Services and Cremation LLC (547 8th St, Ambridge, PA 15003).
