Matlak (Donna) of Grand Rapids, MI, Thomas Matlak of Avonmore and Joel Matlak (Lori) of North Braddock; her grandchildren, Mindy Matlak (Adam Tratar), John Matlak, Timothy Matlak and Benjamin Matlak; her great grandchildren, McKenna Tratar, Lucas, Natalie and Valentina Matlak; and her sisters, Irene Mizla of North Braddock and Mary Lou Mizla of North Braddock. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
