She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Detwiler and Katie Detwiler; her husband Richard "Dick" Baldwin of San Angelo, TX; her children, Bonnie Baldwin Church and Rich Baldwin; her daughter-in-law Leticia Baldwin; and her granddaughters, Breanna Baldwin and Rebecca Baldwin.
