He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Larkin McCann of Levittown, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Claudy McCann; his father Joseph McCann; his daughters, Jane, Sarah, Emily and Annmarie; and his siblings, Joseph McCann (Jay) of Philadelphia, Marie McCann of Langhorne, Justina Sponder (Ken Sponder) of Alabama, Rita McKeon (Mike McKeon) of Maryland, Michael McCann (Peggy McCann) of North Carolina and Jane Kaltenbach (Chris Kaltenbach) of Wisconsin.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The National Military Family Association.
