It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Saphronia Oldaker (Avondale, Pennsylvania), born in Eldred, Illinois, who passed away on September 19, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Emil Oldaker; her son Calvin Gary Oldaker; her grandsons, Dennis Edward Oldaker, David Allen Sampson and Christopher Muzzy; her parents, Alvin Everett and Mary Daisy Glowner Meeks; and her siblings, Agnes Thuer, Helen Meeks, Mary Hill, Alberta Bick, John Meeks, Jerry Meeks, Herschel Meeks and Harry Meeks.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Marie Sampson (David Harry Sampson); her sister Dorothy Dabbs; and her grandchildren, Deborah Urbanski (Timothy), James Oldaker (Erica), Timothy Oldaker, Heather Woodward (Michael), Melanie Evans (William) and Michelle August. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
