He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Hayes (Mulligan); and his parents, Louis E. Hayes and Gladys Clement Hayes. He is survived by: his children, Peter Hayes of Unionville, Jonathan Hayes (Nancy) of Downingtown and Louisa Leipold (Bob) of West Chester; his grandchildren, Mark, Brian, Kathleen, Eric and Jennifer; and his great grandchildren, Julian, Caden and Lyra.
