She was predeceased by: her husband Felice Costantini; her parents, Giuseppe DiUbaldo and Adelina DiUbaldo (Fabiucci); and her siblings, Ubaldo, Tina, Ezio and Dante.
She is survived by: her children, San Gabriele, Addorlorata, Teramo, Anna Madonna (Mike) and Lucio Costantini; her grandchildren, Michael, Morgan, Lucio, Alexandra and Gabriella; and her siblings, Ada Slavin and Domenic DiUbaldo (Donna).
