He was predeceased by: his sister Joan Bishop of Birmingham Alabama. He is survived by: his wife Sally H. Harvey; his children, David K. Harvey of West Chester, Susan Westerfield (Dennis) of Avondale and Gregory Harvey (Christine) of Kennett Square; and his grandchildren, David, Samantha Harvey, Daniel, Olivia Westerfield, Kylee and Shannon Harvey.
