She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dalley and Esther Bunk Dalley; and her sisters, Marion Dalley and Judith Dalley McGowan. She is survived by: her husband Joseph R. Kozlowski, Sr.; her children, Barbara (Kenneth), Joseph (Beverly), Paul and Kenneth; her grandchildren, Meredith Arlene, Kenneth Robert, Joseph Patrick, Briana Sansouci, Paul Daniel Jr. and Jessica Lee; her great grandchild Walker Tate; and her siblings, Robert (Annette), Lenore (Thomas) and Edward (Marlene).
