He is survived by: his wife Carolyn R. Ricker; his children, Wayne A. Welshans (Melissa) of Fayetteville, N. Y. and Lisa R. Lehman of Avis; his grandchildren, Samantha Jo Lehman, Eric Scott Lehman and Magnolia Lori Rose Welshans; his great grandchild Declan O. Moore; and his siblings, Roger C. Welshans (Patty) of Denver and Kathryn A Gottschall of Tucson, Ariz..
