He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. O'Dell and Lydia Zerbe. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Bennett; his children, Thomas W. Jr. O'Dell (Shirley) of Avis and Tammy O. Welshans (Greg) of Rauchtown; and his siblings, Fred Waddell (Judy) of Reedsville, N. C., Pat Apker of South Williamsport, Sharan White of Jersey Shore and Shawn O'Dell of Woolrich.
