It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sharon Ann Gallagher of Avis, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 19, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Higgins and Mary Higgins (Greensweight); her stepparents, Bernadine Higgins and Howard Smith; her son Robert Gallagher; her stepdaughter Cheryl Beck; and her siblings, Robert Higgins and Marilyn Gardner.
She is survived by: her close friend Joseph Monsey; her sons, Patrick Gallagher of Linden, Jon Gallagher of Jersey Shore and Jeremy Gallagher of Rauchtown; her stepson Tom Gallagher of Mill; her daughters, Kristi Lentz of Harrisburg and Jennifer Young of Lock Haven; and her siblings, Dale Higgins, Ron Higgins, Terry Bardo, Kim Hales and Janice Weigel (Mick Shaw). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
