Allen of Avis, Pennsylvania, born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 18, 2024 at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hetzel and Mary Rhoads. She is survived by: her husband Daniel E. Allen; and her children, Christopher M. Swartwood (Lisa) of Jersey Shore, Dustin W. Swartwood (Crissie) of Jersey Shore, Gary L. Swartwood (Carrie) of Jersey Shore, Amy J. Crowley (James) of Jersey Shore and Danielle M. Leone (Jacob) of Jersey Shore. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
